riso allo zafferano con scaglie d'oro, tagliolini al tartufo, raviolo con ripieno di capesante, cubetto di testina di maiale fritto con un pezzettino di albicocca, cotoletta alla milanese del 2000, soufflè alla vaniglia ripieno di cioccolato fondente fuso e caldo, pasticceria deliziosa.. (ho ancora l'acquolina in bocca!)
ho visto veramente la luce assaporando il filetto di vitello alla rossini (una sleppa di filetto con sopra una sleppa di foie gras, il tutto con salsa al tartufo nero), veramente la fine del mondo. ma veramente.
mia madre dovrebbe compiere gli anni molto più spesso! |
